Star Jam!

MNDDC's first comp "under the lights!" This will be held in the evening, after dark, on a lighted field.

Format: MNDDC Format Freestyle, Catch 22.

We will run both pro and novice divisions with awards for first through third in both divisions. Pro freestyle and Catch 22 will consist of two rounds, with cuts to be determined. We will run as many teams as time permits. Novice freestyle will consist of one round of one minute in length. Novice Catch 22 may or may not run a second round, depending on time. We want everybody to have as much time on the field as possible, yet don't want to wrap things up before they shut the lights off on us!

Location: Rosebrook Park, Roseville, MN (http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/index.aspx?NID=220)
Date: August 21, 2010
Time: PLEASE NOTE TIME CHANGE Registration will open at 6:00pm and close at 6:45pm. Due to the need to get teams on the field no later than 7:00pm sharp, we will NOT accept any registration after this time. The lights will be shut off at 10:30pm, so we need to make sure we can wrap everything up by that time.

I would recommend bringing bug spray!!

Get ready for it . . .

Good question. I don't usually stay in motels near my house! :lol: Anyone who wants to is welcome to crash at my house. I have a little couch and plenty of floor space. No guest bed though.

If people are going to stay up in the cities, is anyone interested in a post-comp bonfire?

I think I'm going to print some out and hang them up around town, so I'll save one for you Denise!
